1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at 071 465 0151 or email nickybaware@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Items must be returned in their original, sealed condition.
• A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

2. No Refunds on Consumables

For hygiene and safety reasons, no refunds or exchanges will be issued on consumable products (including skincare, serums, oils, and any product that has been opened or used). This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our clients.

3. Treatment Bookings

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full credit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the treatment fee. We reserve the right to reschedule treatments at our discretion.

4. Payments & Security

All payments are processed securely via PayFast, a leading South African payment gateway. We do not store your card details on our servers. By placing an order you agree to PayFast's terms and conditions.

5. Privacy & Personal Information

Veritas Studio collects personal information (name, email, phone, address) solely for the purpose of processing orders and communicating with you about your bookings. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is stored securely and in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

6. Liability

Veritas Studio will not be liable for any adverse reactions to treatments or products that arise from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications not communicated to us prior to treatment. It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any relevant health conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Veritas Studio and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Veritas Studio reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
